You can publish the summaries of the works you have presented by participating in our congresses in the congress summary proceedings books and publish your full texts as ARTICLES in the International Journals we have contracted.

CONTRACTED JOURNALS

In order for your full text to be published as an article in journals

- Written in accordance with the spelling rules of the relevant journal

- Submitted directly to the relevant journal by you (your article is not sent to the journal by the congress organization)

- Submit the plagiarism report with your article (it should be at most 10%)

- The journal must pass the referee process.

- Our congress organization does not have the authority to interfere with the editorial and referee processes of contracted journals. Journals evaluate the articles by blind referee management.

- Congress special issue will not be issued for accepted articles

- Being a congress participant (for articles that do not meet the above conditions) does not guarantee article publication in the journal.

1- If I want to publish the full text of the paper I presented in your congress as an international ARTICLE instead of the congress paper, where should I send it until when?

You must send the full text you want to publish as an article to the e-mail address of the relevant journal (the list of journals is above) until the last full-text submission date specified in the calendar of the congress you attended. When submitting your article, send the photo of your congress participation certificate and the plagiarism (similarity) report.

2- When will the full text that I have sent to the journal be published as an international article?

Although the publication process of the journals varies according to the referee process and the density of the journals, the publication of the articles whose referee process is positive will be given priority by the journals in question, and will be published in the following issue. is published in the current year.

3- Full text of the article is how to handle the publication process?

The process works briefly as follows:

- The article is sent to one of the journals listed above by the relevant author until the deadline for submission of the full text specified in the congress calendar (the plagiarism report must be sent by the author along with your article.

- The submitted ARTICLE is first examined by the editor of the journal in terms of compliance with the rules of writing and content.

- If your article does not comply with the journal writing rules, it will be rejected by the editor. For this reason, pay close attention to the spelling rules.

- The ARTICLE approved by the editor is sent to at least 2 blind referees in their field.

- After the referee review, the results such as REFUSAL, CORRECTION, ACCEPTANCE are shared with the author and correction is requested if necessary.

- Accepted articles are published in the journal following the completion of the typesetting process.

- The fee for typesetting or post-publication is paid to the relevant journal by the author.
